Executive Director
Skelly accepted the role of Executive Director for the Water Resources Association of the Delaware River Basin (WRADRB) in August, 2019. WRADRB promotes the sustainable and resilient management of water resources within the Delaware River basin, which spans four states and provides drinking water for 15 million people.
She also serves as Investment Advisor for Ben Franklin Technology Partners, as a Board Member for the Chester County Solid Waste Authority, on the Board of Directors for the Smart Energy Initiative of Southeastern Pennsylvania, and on the Advisory Board of the Urban Land Institute of Philadelphia. She led strategic sustainability initiatives for NextEra Energy, where she launched an international clean energy partnership with Oxford, TCU, Stanford, UCLA, Duke University, the Pew Center on Global Climate Change, USFWS, and the National Renewable Energy Laboratory to address key challenges to the growth and integration of renewable energy. She served as Policy Director for the Chattahoochee Riverkeeper, and worked with Judy Meyer to launch the River Basin Science and Policy Center at the University of Georgia.
Skelly has a BS in physics from Clemson, and an MS in Hydrogeology from the University of Georgia.
