WRA Announces New President, Jennifer Garigliano

The Water Resources Association (WRA) of the Delaware River Basin, the non-profit uniting water users to promote the science-based management of the basin, is pleased to announce that Jennifer Garigliano was elected president. Garigliano serves as chief of staff for the Bureau of Water Supply in the New York City Department of Environmental Protection.

Jennifer Garigliano was appointed president of WRA on Jan. 29.

“The Delaware River Basin is a critical resource for our region,” said Jane Rowan, outgoing WRA president. “Jen’s history of success in delivering high-quality drinking water to more than 9 million customers, along with her advancement of innovative programs to ensure the sustainability and resilience of water resources, aligns well with WRA priorities. Her ability to lead teams and forge strategic partnerships will help address water resources challenges in the basin and fulfill WRA’s mission.”
